| Our Price List:
All-Inclusive Prices: Our prices include full service by four staff: (1) House manager, (2) Maid, (3) Gardener, (4) Pool Service. The rent includes especially electricity and water. Occupancy: The following prices are for 4 guests per night. Less: If the occupancy is less than 4 people, 3 guests will get 5% discount and 2 guests 10% discount. More: If the occupancy is higher than 4 guests, that is 5 to 8 guests, the surcharge per guest will be 10% each. For them we have 5 rooms: 3 bed rooms for 2 guests each and two single rooms. The 9th and 10th guest will be surcharged only by 5% each, because they have to sleep on the sofa bed in the apartment. The apartment has one king size bed for 2 guests and one sofa bed for 2 more guests. Duration: If you rent 30 days and more you will get 10% discount. Minimum rent is 7 overnights! |
